Tag Sales
A tag sale is typically a sale of a house's contents, where the sale price is determined before hand. Tag sales can be preferable to auctions if there is a lot of general and common merchandise where the value on the secondary market is well known (such as for used lawn mowers, televisions, etc.)
Tag sales are also useful if the cost to move the materials to an auction hall is prohibitive. Stacy and her team will come in and organize the entire tag sale, including marketing/advertising, setting prices, presenting/staging the merchandise and handling the sale itself.
Certain unique or high value pieces can be removed beforehand and consigned to an auction or may be added to auction at a later date if it does not sell. Lower valued items that do not sell are often donated to charity, at the owner’s discretion.
